We keep only what we need.

When you book a consultation: your name and email, your phone and company if you give them, the project details you write, and the time you pick.

When you email or call us: what you send us.

Our servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and the pages requested, for security. They are deleted after 30 days.

To answer you, to prepare and hold the consultation, and to send you what we agreed. Nothing else: no marketing lists, no profiling.

This site sets one cookie, imvx_lang, to remember the language you chose. It lasts a year and holds nothing else.

There is no analytics, advertising or tracking on this site, and no third-party scripts or fonts: everything is served from our own servers.

Requests that don’t become a project are deleted 12 months after the consultation. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as the project and the law require.

Only the people at ImmortalVision working on your request. We don’t sell or share your data; the only other parties involved are those needed to deliver it, such as our email provider.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and a person will reply within three working hours.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date.
