We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is information, not an offer: what we commit to is what we sign.

A booking request holds the time you chose. A person confirms it, and the consultation fee, within three working hours; nothing is charged before you agree to the fee.

If we can’t make a confirmed time, we offer you another or refund you in full.

You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before the consultation. Later than that, the fee may be charged.

What you tell us about your project stays between us. We use it only for your consultation, and we’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one.

The written summary we deliver after a consultation — requirements, architecture options and risks — is yours to keep and use, whoever builds the project.

If we work together, the signed proposal and the service level agreement set the scope, price, guarantee and support. Where they differ from this page, they win.
